Bespoke Ordering

Bespoke / Custom Made To Order is how Joseph made his reputation building high-end briefcases for individual clients.   When you choose an MTO item or collaborate on a custom design they are carefully made by Marcellino and an apprentice to the highest standards.  It was these high standards that made Mr. Fertitta, the billionaire owner of Landry's inc to personally come down to Joseph's home workshop and evaluate his leather craft goods.   After a lengthy negotiation process, first in Huntington, NY, then at the Golden Nugget Hotel in Atlantic City and finally at the Landry's corporate headquarters in Houston Texas, Joseph was able to successfully negotiate a major deal with Landry's to carry their leather goods at many of their hotels and resorts across the country.

Production Lead Times

It can be anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks to produce most briefcases depending on the season and how busy.   Small items are usually quicker.   You can always email us to get an idea of our current lead time.  If you really need it quick and depending on existing schedule we might also be able to FAST TRACK the order, just reach out if this is a concern.

The Ordering Process is as follows:

Ordering From Existing Styles On The Website:

  1. Choose a style, Add it the Cart and Checkout
  2. Make a note during checkout for any special requirements
  3. You receive an email to confirm the order is placed
  4. We place the order for a fresh leather hide from the tannery unless we have it in stock.  Most English bridle leather is ordered individually.  The UK bridle leather could take longer to get due to availability and import times.
  5. If it falls out of the 2 to 12 week production time we will email.  you can always check for an update
  6. When the item is ready to ship you will receive a tracking number
  7. We can only ship to a home or office address added in the beginning of the order.  All other types of addresses like a hotel will have to be paid by Bank Wire Transfer
  8. The item ships with full insurance and will need a signature upon arrival
  9. You enjoy it

Custom Ordering (make it your own the way we like it):

  1. Choose an existing style, mix and match with other styles, colors and any modifications
  2. Email or Facetime Joseph jp@marcellinony.com and he will let you know if he can build it and give you a custom quote on the price
  3. Custom orders still fall into the 2 to 12 week schedule
  4. When you agree to the quote he will issue an invoice link with the custom details
  5. Make sure you double check the details on the invoice page because it is only what we work from and not any email communications.
  6. Check out from the invoice link
  7. Make any final notes during checkout
  8. An email confirmation is sent to you
